wise to run 9psi on jrsc
i have a daily driven 99 prelude w/ almost 100k on it. i have a jrsc, i/h/e and 370cc injectors with a tuned p28. and i want to know is it safe to run 9 psi

Should work fine, just get it retuned. You might consider a compression test before making your final decision.
