fyi i called today around 130pm and waited no more than 20 seconds before someone answered. then i asked for Jason(extension 3126)(who i was told know the most on the JR products) and was instantly transferred to him.
the number i supplied is NOT tollfree, it is the local number. i used my long distance(which is unlimited under my phone plan) to call today and all times after i waited 2 hours after calling the toll free number.
