Well for winter pics , sadly I wouldnt be able to work with that too much as its summertime here all the time.
I think city or your surroundings might be cool. Something outdoorsy..perhaps woods?

3 for outdoors , 3 for city. Im thinking maybe we can have two contests. That might be interesting and will allow you to get what you can before the time is up.
Im thinking for city , either no skylines or maybe everyone will want to do skylines on that. You decide.
As for outdoors , anything specific. Should be exclude macros or make it exclusive macro shots / close ups?
So for city. Skylines or no skylines.
Outdoors , macros or no macros / close-ups.

Both City/Hometown and Outdoors/Woods sound good to me. macro or not... skyline or not... I'd like to see something get going.

I like the ideas and I think for now we should keep it kinda broad and not limit it since participation has been slackin the last few times. 
I'm in though for whatever.
I think slow/long exposure would be a fun theme as well.
