bon appetite, simple with a kick :)
Well for little over a month now i've been eating healthier, lifestyle change, no more soda or fastfood or junk, so far i've kept it for a month and a half, and honestly dont feel any cravings for such food anymore. having to cook for myself now, i've been engulfed with food network and recipe books.
basically im doin low carb high protein stuff, just intaking good shizzle.
so lastnight i made dinner, boneless/skinless chicken breast, seasoned with salt/pepper/season all, and jack daniels bbq sauce, then i sauted some potato chunks, love potassium *****. and made some brown rice(dirty rice, creole seasoning)
i made 2-3 servings of each to take into work today
mmmm

potatoes high in potassium, not even that high in carb, bbq sauce is something i added in todays chicken trying diff taste, compared to the shit i was eating this is leaps and bounds.
26g of COMPLEX carbs, which is good for u. 0 fat, 4g protein 100cal, 700mg potassium. lmao u act like its bacon or someshit.
all im saying is that meal tasted good and isnt bad for u at all.
and the bbq sauce has no sugars lol

yea i hear ya, ive been trying to switch up my diet too. no more fast food, try to drink liquor instead of beer, no sweets. past three weeks or so, baked chicken breast with a side salad (vingarette dressing) has composed of about 80% of my meals. Other than that i eat like turkey sandwiches or tuna sans the mayo. im failing tonight though, eating pizza FTL...nontheless its a veggy pizza

its mostly a lifestyle change, im not religiously counting the nutiritional facts, i did look it up for the bbq
its all good there , 0 sugar
brown rice > white
grilled chicken is >
im going to be working on different variations of the meal tho, adding peas, carrots, other veggies, homemade sauces, seasonings, etc, doesnt even take time to do it.

georgeforeman grill is a godsend, i cook all my shit in 10min
chicken only takes like 4-5min, cooked fully, and immensely juicy and succulent
while its cookin, rice on stovetop, potatoes in the olive oil on the stop. cooks perfectly.
