Breakfast Pie

This shit is so good. I got the recipe from my twin sis when I went to visit her and her husband back in February.

BREAKFAST PIE

Ingredients
• Sausage log (Jimmy Deans)
• 3/4 pint heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon dry ranch
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 pie crust

Directions
• Cook the sausage and drain

• Mix the heavy cream, dry ranch, eggs, cheese, and sausage in bowl.

• Put the first pie crust in a pie pan.

• Dump all mix from the bowl into the pan.

• Lay the second crust on top and seal around the edges.

• Poke a lot of holes in the top with a fork.

• Heat the oven to 400 degrees, cook for 15 minutes then reduce it to 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. May need to cook longer b/c it may still be liquidy.

ENJOY!
