I am currently working in Italy at a boutique hotel(duoMo hotel - riMini) in a small town called Rimini. The resto is called Nomi. I worked two years in Toronto and this is my third year. I am rocking it I think. I have worked in new york and costa rica aswell. info on other chefs here.
