I have some in my fridge and use it quite a bit. I dident think it was that hot. My girlfriend hated it because it was so hot.

it actually doesnt kill taste. ur only adding a drop or two to the pool of watever other sauce u want to eat.
its concentrated capsaicin that makes it hot and the only "flavor" it adds is spicy.

For taste I like ring of fire(comes with a crying towel), Blair's sudden death, that same habanero sauce you have(El Yucateco). I just did some tri tip on the bbq with 1 cup cattleman's bbq sauce and 2 tablespoons of that stuff as a marinade, it was outstanding.
For my chile I use "The Source" it's only 7.1m scovilles  The hottest I've tried is a hot sauce made from bird peppers, put a little tiny bit on my finger and just as I got it to my mouth my finger started burning, but I lack good judgement and licked it anyhow. OMFG, the pain, the agony, the beautiful wonder!!! 
My 8 year old likes el tapitio so I'll leave it at that

Meh I have had hotter than all that, and I care never to go back and do it again.
The jist of it...
Dorm Contest, winner wins $50.00
I enter
Habanero eating contest
Rules: No water, milk, or anything else
After one everyone but 3 backed out
I won the contest eating 15 red Habanero peppers in less than 5 mins.
6:00 the next morning 13 came up after I threw them up
Latter that day they came out the pooper. OUCH!!!! But I still had $50.00
