I like it to be just a tad on the hot side, but not so much that you start to sweat.
For example: Chicken wings, I get hot at frickers and hooters, and medium at bdubbs

when it comes to wings. HOT. i love it.
it depends on who im eating with. if its a date obviously i don't want to stop every five seconds to wipe my runny nose. With my friends i'll go with hot or hotter if I can.

it depends what im eating.. buffalo wings i would dip in the hotest sauce!! same goes for gyros etc..
nachos mild sauce, same for pasta and chicken parm.
