Mcdonald's
I just ate there and apperently 3 double cheese burgers equals like 1300 calories Makes me think twise about eatting there again.
How does this compare to other fast food places?

The same. Fast food is bad in general. Even a lot of their salads. One thing thats not too bad for you would be wendy's chili and a baked potato. Has been reviewd in Muscle and Fitness and Mens Health, and they recommend it if you have to eat at a fast food place.

I usually stick to Subway or something that's half way healthy but, I was in the mood for some Mcdonald's lol.

For some reason when I saw the monkey in your sign I remembered that they where 440 a piece so that would be like 1320.

You burn 1100 calories just sitting/breathing/watching TV
in 11 hours, so I don't see a problem, short of buying
that disgusting McD's shit! Damn dude! Don't
you have a gas grill? Then again, 1300 calories from
three double cheeseburgers sounds dubious to
me . Then again, the Wendy's "where's the beef"
ads were directed at McD's, so 1300 may be right, with
the cheese.
EDIT: Miss Karen, you need to eat more. That's
a "starvation diet"; not saying you have an eating
disorder, but eating less than 1300 calories a day is
not cool, especially if you exercise or just have a job
which requires some physical activity; (BTW, sex burns
an EXTRA 485+/- calories an hour, so I'm sure you'd
be "good" to eat a little extra). Put your b/f on the
"treadmill" and "work it, baby"!
