Thumbs up my "broke da jaw" rib recipe (beef ribs aka short ribs)

for every 2lbs of beef ribs (same as korean ribs)

6 cups kikoman soy sauce
3 cups sugar
1 can oj concentrate (frozen type thawed. reg size ?oz, not the smaller cans)
1/2 cup green onions cut thin
6 huge pieces of garlic minced
12 thin slices of ginger bout 3in long x 1.5in wide
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of sesame oil

mix ingredients together in one of them marinating tuperwares (the ones that you put the lid on and can flip and turn upside down), insert ribs in concauction and let ribs sit and marinate for 18-24 hrs flipping the tuperware over ever 4-8 hrs of so to enure all the ribs get marinated evenly. grill for best results! dont forget to lemme know how it comes out, everyone likes this one!

served best on sticky rice

how do you grill your ribs? Since they're not pre cooked (baked). slow cooking on the grill?

keep in mind these arent regular type of ribs, they are korean ribs, you sont have to bake or boil these.. just throw them on the grill long enough to get the color you want. i like to cook my ribs long enough for the fatty parts to get crispy/ hard on the outside... dont wanna overcook these, of under cook them... just right... its hard to explain cause i never use thermostats... every real griller just knows.. lol, make sure you cook these over a nice bed of coals, not flames..... you want a lil bit of black on there.. it will be the glaze of the sugar that wi8ll make it look somewhat burnt, but thats one of the best parts.... just try it out, dont overcook it or under cook it... i dont know what else to say
