Whats in the fridge?

Here is mine. About all you can't see is the lettuce and apples in the drawer at the bottom. Also thats feta cheese on the top shelf for my deluxe salads. As you can see I drink quite a bit, lots of liquids.
So what you got?

And yes that is real butter, a must for cooking. Also the hot dogs are a emergency snack, i eat them cold.

mine looks almost identical

only no country crock. butter's actually healthier despite having more fat.

and instead of spinach i have green beans, brocolli, & carrots.

and no nestea

i have apple & grape juice like you but the ratio is reversed. 1 apple 3 grape.

interesting fact, according to a recent study welch's grapejuice is second only to blackberries for antioxidants.

i have also have lots of low-fat cottage cheese. throw that in w/ whey protein & a banana 3 times a day.

and instead of amstel light (which is a great beer btw) i have Deschutes Black Butte Porter (which i highly recc if you can get it in your area). their Inversion IPA is also very good. and there's a seasonal brew called Cinder Cone which is one of the best ive ever had. and 1 bottle of Stone Imperial Russian Stout. anything stone makes is good.
