i'm using Bacardi Big Apple (1 bottle), 3 pieces of boneless breasts soaking in a sealed tupperware. i thought of using beer, but remember beer is best w/ beef & sausages; so i haven't tried beer & poultry yet.
Usually I just let it sit in whatever BBQ sauce I have lying around. I'm not much of a checken person so when I go to the store it's more likely I'll just buy whatever flavor I'm into at the moment, then any specific brand.
