I searched and couldnt find what I was looking for. I just picked up a 01 ITR but my question is, will a 01 LS, RS, and GS short ram intake fit on my ITR?

Yes, they will fit.
HOWEVER, most LS/RS/GS intakes (AEM included) are 2.5"
Most ITR intakes (AEM included) are 3". The 3" will produce a little more power, so if you can, hold out for the right one. If you just need something fast, an LS intake will work fine, and will make more power than the stock airbox.
