94 gsr labeled not for retail sale - Honda Forum / Acura Forum

i recently acquired a 94 teg gsr shell w low seq. #. looking through it i found the orig window sticker labeling the car property of h m c not for retail sale. im wondering if this may have been an early issue that honda parades at the dealerships when a new model comes out . let me know what you think ..its got me curious...
