99ITR turbo 12.36sec@111.93mph

a friend of mine has a 99 ITR. he has added the following mods.
drag gen 3kit.
T3/T4 Turbo.
255Walbro.
450dsm injectors. (rc 750 going in tomorrow)
PLX R-500 datalogger.
PLX Air/Fuel Ratio gauge.
Standalone from Autronic.
OBX boost gauge.
OBX fuel rail.
OBX exhaust.
AEM Pulley.
Aem Cam Gears.
Skunk2 70MM Throttle Body.
Brian Crower Stage 2 turbo cams with Valve Spring/Retainer KIT.
Fidansa Flyweel.
ACT Stage 3 clutch.
MSD wires.
MSD 6al ignition box.
MSD blaster 2 ignition coil.
MSD distributor cap and rotor.
C-Pillar bar.
Apexi BOV.
Front mount intercooler.
NGK irridium plugs.
K&N filter.
Energy Suspension Shifter bushings and engine mount inserts.
Ingalls Engine Torque Damper.
Mickey Thompson 24x8x15 slicks.

he is @12psi. and he went 12.36sec@111.93mph with a 1.798sec 60ft.
mid mph 88.41mph, 1/8 7.945sec.
the car weighs the stock 1150kg(2535lbs) and he weighs 90kg(198lbs)
total weight 1240kg(2733lbs)

he just went to have to car dynoed and it came out @255whp. that canīt be can it? we thought it was closer to 280-300whp? anybody know of anyone running similar times and what they are putting down?

thats really low power for an itr motor on 12psi i seen stock b16s make more than that with the shitty b16 cams.
