Cleaning a ITR

To fellow ITR owners, what do you guys use to wax and polish your car. Also what do you use to clean and protect your dash, panels. I want something that cleans and protects the dash, but doesn't make it shiny and slippery! Thanks!

As far as waxing I use: The wax shop. Natural Carnauba Super Glaze Liquid wax. On my dash and panels I don't use anything except water. My car is never parked in the sun for extended periods and when I am in the sun I use my sun visor. I also place a towel on my dash too. I have that lumnar Platinum plus tint. The tint basically adjust to the light outside and it works well.
