Getting an ITR motor swap..questions

ok so im new to this forum here but i have a few questions....I have a '94 integra with an engine that has 132,000miles on it and my tranny is going so i decided to buy an JDM ITR motor with 17,000miles on it and it comes with the tranny , so my questions are my integra right now is in auto so if the motor comes with a tranny then i should be ok part wise correct? besides getting the dead petal changed? and the next question is what mods work with this engine im going for n/a right now and just want more horse....enough to put me over 200whp. thanks

silver j is an unknown quantity at this point
you will not receive the entire pedal assembly with all pertinent materials. you will need to source those parts as well as other misc items to complete the conversion. i recommend you check with a local shop familiar with the conversion, i've done it before...well let me rephrase that...i've attempted it before and needed to take it to a shop in the end. not to say it's overly hard or impossible, its actually not too difficult but you'll need all the parts and guessing isn't a good idea when it comes to a motor.

as for making 200whp. i'd look at a build like this:
upgraded valvetrain
stage 2 camshafts
2 layer thin headgasket(should bring your compression to the mid to upper 11's)
pct pistons if you have good gas in your area
hondata
i/h/e
high flow cat

this will def put you over 200whp. i strongly recommend the upgrade in pistons to get the most out of the cams, 11.8+ would be my recommended compression but the jdm itr pistons and thinner headgasket will get the job done. i hope to have a dyno soon of this exact setup with buddyclub parts minus the high flow cat this week following tuning by either shawn church or elton lo, i'll post up the results if i get them.
