Is your Type R an Integra? If so, I am assuming yours is power? There have been countless write ups on how to do this on tegs. Its not a hard mod, and if you read the article you should be able to tackle putting the s2000 antenna on your teg. I am thinking about doing it here very soon myself, it looks pretty sweet too.
So search around and you'll find something.
