so this probably isn't the right place for this but i figured there might be people from japan that could answer a question for me on here
so my brother lives in japan and wants a radar detector, i have a valentine and he always liked it, would it work there if i got him one? or is that a completely different system etc..

wrong section. but V1 works in Europe, just need to set the V1 in different mode.
I haven't had my V1 for long time, so I don't know if they made any changes, but if you find out what Japan uses for their Radar and V1 can read it, you sure can use it!
