JDM Teggi type R

Hi guys,
I have just bought myself a JDM Teggi Type R :-) and i love it!!

Was just wondering what they do the 1/4 mile stock as i didnt get any receipts for mine so dont know if anything has been done to it... all I can see is an AEM CAI and a custom 2.5 inch echaust. everything else looks stock.

I just took it to the strip last Saturday and ran a 14.7 @ 96mph.. would this time suggest stock?

Thanks guys
Steve

well a stock gsr probly makes bout that u should be able to tell if there is a aftermarket cam and/or cam gear or pulley. If u really want to find out pop off ur valve cover (don't worry it wont bite) n look n c if ur drivetrain is stock or not. u sould be able to tell if they have been change

I would say given that time its probably stock internally.

hi guys,
took it back to the track a couple of weeks ago and the only difference was that i put 99 octain fuel in it and it ran a 14.300 at 100.9 mph.. was well chuffed and very supprised to see the difference that going from 95 oct to 99 oct fuel made.. gonna get some road legal slicks next time round and blast into the 13's :-).

my 60ft on the tyres on it at the moment sucks.. 2.35 was my best..

also have put it on the rollers and it is pusing 214hp, not a bad gain from stock with just an AEM CAI and an exhaust..

Congrats on the buy. I've seen ITRs run 14flat completely stock with a good driver. Launch it at 6,000rpm, but feather out the clutch and dont dump it.
