I could be wrong, but last night i checked out the Fit website and it was still in the "future" or "coming soon" section. This is the actual website, like the other Honda vehicles.
I've been looking at one just as a daily driver. I'll have to see one in person though. These gas prices are insane, when i come back to the states I'll need something to drive with out costing me a trillion dollars to run each year.
Mods: A pair of angel wings and 2 cans of red bull... Mighty fast!
If you're considering on fuel sippers, the new Civic will suit you better. Bigger, better, faster, and if I'm not mistaken, it's 1-2mpg more frugal than the Fit. I drive a Fit myself, but to me, the car is more of a fun car rather than a daily car.
Im looking at maybe going all out and getting the Si... it was my original goal, and i shouldnt have a problem reaching it. But the new car would be a daily driver, I've got plans for an E36 Turbo M3 which is going to be my baby...
That or get a S2K as a daily driver, only problem is warrenty... I dont wanna spend over 25K on a new car

Turbo M3 or S2K as daily driver? Ouch... Such a rich selection. It would be a waste of power (M3) and engineering finesse (S2K) if you want the car to be a daily driver. Judging from your selection of cars, seems that fuel efficiency is not a main factor, so why not buy a Fit and one of M3-T or S2K?

Yup, but with the Civic being more fuel efficient, the extra 3000 smackers will pay for itself in the future, not to mention the Civic has bigger interior space and more creature comfort which further justifies the extra premium.

The M3 would be a project car. Weekend car.
Prices are getting low on the S2K... I only even thought about it because you can get a S2K cheeper than a new Si.
Im not a fan of convertables, Id have to get a hardtop. It might be a bit overkill for a daily driver. I might stick with the Si as a very good happy medium. Good gas milage, *granted it requires premium*, and the warrenty.
The Fit is just kinda a drive to work car. I think if i went to work in a Fit i might get made fun of though.

It gets 2 more better on the freeway than the Fit and the Fit gets better by 3 in the city, so there for the gas mileage arguement is really out. Now interior space is a different story. And if you want to complain more about it 2 more miles per gallon equates too.......
Fucking pennies, and it would take forever to recoup the cost, you would be out of the vehicle by then
The new website is good but it could use a better navigation system.

haha, well a couple of years at least. if you have the means i'd say go for the civic BUT in all reality the fit fits into a nice price range for a well mpg vehicle. yea the civic would be more comfortable but also pricier. im still leaning towards to a fit though...
