Gains? Yes. Never dyno'd it but I noticed extra pick-up in the mid-range and a decent amount of extra scoot in the upper rpm's too. Very cheap but I hear other brands have more of a noticable difference than this one. For it's price though, I'm happy.

I plan og geting this for my car but since its non ceramic ill get some thermo wrap and wrap them up to keep the EG hot and moving faster and cooler underhood temps and less noise.Should be good only about 200 bucks short so far unless my greddy catback is broke(rattle and has gottel louder so it may be the cat. well ill look this weekend. get the wrap I see no down side exept you have to remove the header to wrap it nicley and not soke everything with wraping juce.
