I have a Skunk 2 full cat back for a 1999 Civic SI.
I love it!
1- perfict fit. This is the way the Honda should have sent it.
2- Smooth purr at idle.
3- Modest roar after vetc kicks in.
Great quality peice!

I'll try to send picks next week.
As for a wave file, I might know some one who can help me.
I won't diss any one's preference or impression.

ive had my skunk2 catback for about 8 monthes now and i really love it... people may say it sounds ricey but i definantly dont think it does... it sounds amazing in the higher revs especially when vtec kicks in... i would highly recommend this exhaust... the quality of skunk2's products are amazing

well put together;
AEM V1 CAI DC Sports 4-1 header and the Skunk 2 cat back
On a 99 SI B16A2 I maxed out the spedo 145mph with a passinger in the seat
I am 250lbs he was 195lbs

I never ran a 1/4, but I peged 60mph in 2nd at redline.

impossible...your car is speed governed by the ecu. the speedo lies. and there's no glory going that fast on public roads. it's stupid and pointless.

1- My tire size was 205/50R15
2- The date was November 59F "ISA" dry day.
3- 93 octane and Denso Iridium plugs.
4- There is not a speed based fuel cut off on that car, just the rev limiter 8300rpm The previous owner may have chiped it I don't know.
5- No NOS
6-2 people on 2 seperate ocations can confirm my speed.
7-I/H/E you know about
8-The SI have a 145mph spedo
9- With that setup I got a 100mph ticket and I know he was right.
I will accept that at the limit of the spedo there will be some inaccuracy.

The Highway was empty. and it was a calculated risk.
When you fly anywhere there is a calculated risk.
The Flight crew take a risk when taking off. There is a risk that the aircraft will not reach take off decision speed befor it crosses the 3000ft mark at the other end of the runway. at which point they calculate that they can stop the aircraft in the remaining space.
So my accomplishment was not pointless, not reckless.
This is a performance sport. we are constantly working to improove our performance envelope. so I have provided a parts list for a setup and a weather condition whish resulted in me being able to take a calculated risk in exploring the larger performance envelope that I had developed in the car.
I wanted to know if the car could reach the max speed in a real environment.
IT did. That was my point.
"Pointless" That is your opinion and I respect it.

I do not advise recklessly careaning threw conjested traffic.
Find a venue where you can safely do it.
I don't know if a place with a 2 mile streight in the south east.
