this is what i PM'd you about Kommon. so the sports sound like they will do exactly what i'm wanting them to do. my current springs are suposedly very similar to the pro-kit, and the left and right don;t sit the same, neither does the front or rear. unfortunately i'm unable to afford the yellows, so i'm planning on getting AGX's. what is your or anyones take on them? but either way i'm getting something cause my ride now is just pissing me off the way it sits.
Oh and where would you guys recommend getting the H&R sports from? i see them on ebay, but none of the sites i frequent have the sports, only the race and OE. I'm assuming that as long as the fed back is good with the seller i'd be ok. but if you could let me know that would be nice.

sorry that I forgot to respond to the PM. www.tirerack.com is a good place to get the sports from, but you can probably find a better price with one of our site sponsors. IMO, the sport springs are as stiff as you can go and still be comfortable for a daily driver. The sports are a very good balance between comfort and performance.

i'd rather have the adjustablity with the strut.
and thanks Kommon. i don't mind a stiff ride. what do you think about the AGX's? i know the yellows are the best but i think that AGX's will do what im wanting them to do.

I'm not sure if those AGX's will be able to handle the drop and rate of H&R Race springs.. Koni Yellows or Tockico Ill.

Correct you will void the warranty on the agx's with the h&r race, but they should be fine with the h&r sports. I'm biased because I have the sports + koni yellows and love the combo. If you plan to track the car, then go yellows and also consider the h&r cup kit. If you go with the yellows, you also have the door open for adding a set of ground controls later down the road for a stiffer setup.

i'm getting the sports not the race springs. i wonder why they can't handle the drop, just not valved correctly to hande the pressure? well what i'll do is e-mail KYB and ask them what kind of drop they can handle. i really do wish i could afford the yellows, but i'm not a avid track person, i just like to go occasionally.

You should also decide if you want to get the neuspeed editions or not. The neuspeed editions (which I have) have more adjustment positions which came in handy because I raised my front up a notch to get the ride height that I wanted. However I have an EX which is heavier in the front than the lower model civics from the same generation.

i don't see those on modacar or the other sites i looked at. i did see the coilover package with the threading on the strut itself. but those are like 1000.
