Got my new tires put on, 1st impressions of Kumho 711
Kumho Ecsta 711, $53 dollars a piece on TireRack.
205/50/ZR16
First impression that the tires drive really nice and there is absolutely no road noise.
I decided to see what kinda traction they get. Ripped it up a couple times and wasnt expecting the grip that i got out of them. The only thing i dont like about them is that the tires dont have the wheel protection lip. All in all great tire for the money.
Treadware is 260, traction is AA

Why didn't you get something with a nicer tread pattern? Cost?

SpecalK got me a hookup on some Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's and I love the tires. For the price; grip, road noise, comfort and everything else is on par. I'm comparing these to my friend Yoko AVS-ES100's and I think they are damn near just as good, and a lot better for the price!
