run a compression/leakdown test on it first. that's a lot of miles, and there's a good chance you've got a decent amount of wear on the internals.
If the numbers come up okay, then go for it. Just be sure to read through the FAQs right here on SHO, and play safe and smart with the nitrous... follow all the rules and dont go crazy and you should be fine.
If the numbers on the compression test aren't alright (all cylinders within spec), then don't do it.
