Any power range shots?

I was thinking if does exist any power range over shots, for example:

50 shot = 50 hp
60 shot = 60 hp
75 shot = 75 hp

Or varies for every setup

Also, i was thinking to use a 60 shot with one step colder plugs on my stock Z6. Is safe?

retarding the timeing would help but i ran a 50 shot nos on a d15 stock or a year and never had a problem, then i sold it to a guy who has been running it for 6 months with no problems between me and him we have gone throught atleast 15 bottles but i did change the plugs often
