exhaust popping when using n2o!!

i was doing some testing wit the 55 shot of n2o and 65 fuel jet..zex kit

anywayz when i sihft from first to second im getting a pop...not a loud high pitched backfire..just a pop...kinda like a descent putter

it does it louder if i shift faster also..and sometiems does it when shifting form 2nd to third..i am scared to shift it fast without blowing it up....is this bad??

after testing i realize im better off not using the n2o until 2nd gear anywayz..cuz the tires spin too much and i end up lower in the rpm range when i shift then i could be..

Popping

It does that right when you are shifting? mime does it too. I think that once you modify a honda engine it does that because my friends SC Type R does it too.

It's just a backfire most likely from your engine running too rich. When i had my 55 shot it did that a lot when it was humid. My friend was following me once during a race and he said i shot a small fireball out of my exhaust. My car does that WAY more now that i'm turbo and i'm sure it's cause i'm too rich with the 12:1 FMU, i'd guess my fuel pressures are above 100 @ 5.5psi boost.

9.96 in the 1/8 which is like a 15.3 in the 1/4. With my turbo at 5.5 psi i hit a 9.61 which is like a 14.8 I really liked the nitrous but 25 bux a week to fill was gonna be too expensive and turbo is all the time I was thinking about using a 20 shot or something to cool down the intake charge and then purge into the intercooler.
