Help installing a Zex kit on my 2k Civic EX

I have a 2k Civic EX with a SOHC D16Y8..Im going to get a Zex kit and was noticing something. I have a AEM CAI in my car now. As per the instructions on Zex's site. Its telling me to mount the nozzle 6-18"s away from my Throttle body and after my Map sensor. Problem being is that the map sesnor is like 1" away from my Intake manifold. Now the question is...where the hell to mount the nozzle. Any help would be great.

i tapped the nipple that comes off of the AEM. the kit comes with the tap. you'll have to get either a crank case breather or a catch can though. and the great part is that if you take the kit off there are no extra holes drilled in the intake tubing. mines been like that for 1 1/2 years and works great.

forgot to tell you that the breather or catch can would replace the hose going from the top of the motor to the intake.

you should have to holes, one for the sensor and one with the tube going into it. Run your nozzle in the one that has the tube from the motor going into it. It should stick up like a little nipple.

Yes..the one that connects to the top of my valve cover is the map sensor. The spark plug looking one is the Air flow sensor. Correct me if im wrong.

If i use the hole for the map sensor, then where do i put the map sensor back into my intake? Do i drill another hole? Is the hole thats for the map small enough to fit the nozzle.

I painted out a picture...maybe edit it and show me. Sorry its very crued and bad, but it was quick. Thanks for the help.

Correction....I have 3 different holes in my intake.

1- Spark plug looking (air flow sensor?)
2- The nippled that connects to my intake manifold
3- the grommeted hole that connects to my vavle cover (map sensor?)

If i understand this correctly the nippled one (which a tube runs from that to my intake manifold) is the one i use? If so, do i cut the nipple off to make it flush? Also, since im using the existing hole...how do i go abouts getting the tube back connected to my intake? Im going to redraw the picture to show ya all. You might need to blow the picture up to see it correctly.

you dont need to connect the tube back, just get a crankcase breather. Some people will say not to do this but my friends have been doing it for a long time. They used to have to go to motorcylce shops to get them before they started selling them for cars around here.

Awesome ...thanks man...

2 more questions...(sorry for the questions, just want to do this right)

Where do i get this breather from and how much and how do i go abouts connecting it.
Also, since im using the nippled hole, do i cut of the nipple so the hole is flush then tap the hole for the nozzle? Or do i tap the hole with the nipple intacted.

do not cut the nipple off. the tap that zex supplied should fit inside the nipple hole (mine did). i bought my breather (k&n) from summit racing. it just slides on the nipple coming out of the crankcase and you tighten it with the little clamp that comes with it.
