HOLLY SHIT!!! REMOVED NITROUS..LOOK WHAT I FOUND...

Well I sold my nitrous kit today so i decided to start working ont this first thing. When I removed the nitrous line from the distrobution block look what found...

its not the best picture but this was ravelled in the distrobution block. about 3inchs worth. No wonder why I was bogging. It was getting fuel just no nitrous. I thought it wasnt right. So I decided to pull the hose out completely.

this is what it looks like. not a good pi either but its in a shap of a "U".

anyone seen this before?

sorry for the shitty pictures.I wrote ZEX. heres what they said. IM impressed on fast they responded an good they took care of me.

Email from ZEX:

George,
>
>First off, I want to apologize for this part failure. In the 5 years we
>have been selling the 82030 4 cyl. direct port kit, this is the first time I
>have seen this.
>
>What you are looking at is an inner hose liner that has been incorrectly
>assembled by our vendor. This liner is used to decrease the internal volume
>of some of our hose assemblies, mainly direct port lines, without affecting
>flow performance. This is an important part as it greatly improves the fuel
>and nitrous response time of the kit; especially at settings below 100hp.
>Basically, they help the kit hit harder and faster than systems that do not
>use liners. These liners are inserted before the ends are swaged on,
>apparently this liner got caught under one of the fittings when they
>assembled this hose. Once it was assembled incorrectly, the pressure simply
>pushed it out. When assembled correctly, these liners are locked into the
>main hose by the end fittings.
>
>Again, I am sorry this happened and I would like the opportunity to take
>care of you on this. First, I want to send you and entirely new set of
>distribution hoses for your kit free of charge (I will also throw in a
>t-shirt for the trouble you've had). Second, I would like to send out a
>call tag so that you can return the 8 distribution lines and the 2
>distribution block feed lines back to us at no cost to yourself. Needless
>to say, I would like to inspect these hoses and make sure my vendor corrects
>any issues with their assembly process.
>
>I hope this addresses any concerns you have with your nitrous system. I
>work very hard to put out the finest nitrous systems on the market, but
>mistakes do happen and I hope we can correct this issue to your
>satisfaction.
>
>Sincerely,
>

Im just glad it was the nitrous side an not the fuel side. know what i mean. So it wasnt the bottle pressure that was bogging me..it was this stupid line.
