i was wondering if it would be a good idea on my car or not..i have a 97 prelude SS..and it has 109,000 miles on it. im just not sure if it woul be bad for my car or not since it has lots of miles..what should i do?:

first compression test, see if all your cylinder are around the same compression and w/in specs to what your motors compression is supposed to be.

FPR and Ignition are good ideas also.
