Start with a 50 shot then keep reading your plugs and go from there. Remember to retard your distributor 1 degree per 50 shot.

Here, read this. Scroll down to the heading "What do I need to run X shot?" and it will tell you what you need to run each shot. Stay at a 50 shot until you learn more about the effects of nitrous.

:eek: oh my, blow the welds on the manifold!!

yeah start out with a low shot 40-50 and work up from there.

reading the plugs is very important, and can help in tuning the mixture. not enough fuel and the motor can melt, too much and you'll lose quite a bit of power and waste fuel.

work up from the 50 shot to the 65 shot or so only if you know how to make adjustments and if you know that the motor will take more safely.
