Nitrous as the FIRST power adder to an engine, good idea?
Hopefully ill have enough $$ to get a h22a for my accord after this summer. When I do get it tho, what should be the first engine mod I add? I was thinking of getting the usual i/h/e setup but since i wanna go turbo, i only need the exhaust. Since ill prolly blow all my summer earnings on the h22a itself with prolly $500-$600 left, I dunno if I should get a zex nitrous system or an exhaust system. Of course the nitrous setup will add more power but is it wise to use nitrous with a stock exhaust system?
if ur going with a zex kit, you can easily spray 55 shot on a stock car. The only modification you'll need to do is just colder step plugs. Take a look at the nitrous sticky. It helped me alot when i was first going into nitrous.

so whats the maximum shot I should use on a F22 with over 160k miles? Its also an auto tranny. Thats the engine I currently have.
55-65....as long as the tranny dont go out. but yea h22 with 55 would get you into the 14s easy with a h22. are you going to do a stick conversion? if the swap is into your auto accord
