you also might have just improperly used the teflon tape/sealant on the fittings... I know when I installed mine on my Prelude, I had to redo all the fittings I had originally done with teflon tape, and use the liquid teflon sealant (it's stronger than the tape), because of the same reason: leaking.

also..if you use teflon tape..make sure you put it on the right direction...lots of people put it on so that when you tighten the fitting, it moves the tape..you have to have it going in the direction you tighten.
