Problem with my motor and my nitrous HELP ME

I got a 2001 Prelude SH with AEM CAI, ZEX colder plugs, and 55 shot DRY, I also got axel back duals mufflers so I have little back pressure, or less at least. My motor feels like its struggling in vtec when I push it nor does it feel to pull as hard, when Im not on the nitrous and I dont really notice it when I am on the nitrous but it doesnt seem to pull as hard either. I dont know whats wrong, I havent been spraying for more than a month, but I have sprayed like 3 times in a row on occasions like twice. Thanks, What do you think is wrong? Plugs? Also what do you guys think I should do before I go up to a 75 shot

checking your plugs is very important when injecting N2O.

if the motor is running lean then the internals are taking a beating, maybe even detonation. the rings could be damaged and may not be holding compression very well which could explain why the motor feels weak.

also make sure the ignition timing is ok along with the plugs.

my plug had a small amount of black (what seems like carbon) build-up. But only a small amount. Do you think I did any engine damage? I changed them, but do you think my motors ok. And do you guys drive around with the colder plugs even when your not spraying, Im assuming yes.

yes, i always drive with the colder plugs in. and with your plugs you should be looking for peppering (speckled dots on them). that is a sign of detonation. and there is no way of telling if you hurt your motor without more info or actually seeing it. how did it run after you changed the plugs.
