Have any of you guys been checking out the new nitrous kit from Venom? My store was thinking of bring in the line and I just saw the kit brochure, but there wasn't a price list for it. I've been looking around the net too, but the lowest price I saw was $650. Anyone else do better? Anyone elses take on it? Please respond cause replaying to comments gives me soemthing to do when I'm sitting in ICS class. Thanks.

Nah to me it's worth the safety. I was originally looking at Zex, but the "brain" is based on the bottle presure. There isn't any safety system in that. On the Zenom, if your fuel pump fails, it'll shut off the nitrous, correct? That way youcan be confident that you'll never run lean and blow your engine. Plus, you can tell guys, "I'm running a Venom kit, bitch."
i thought that the zex kit will only spray if your fuel pressure is good . i understand the vemon kit is more precise but is it really worth the extra money?
zex, nos, nx can do the same thing all you need is a fuel pressure sensor switch. venom is an over priced dry kit that has an integrated progressive controller and a bunch of labtop options. you can have the same thing with a zex kit, a jacobs NMM, and a FPSS just w/o all the labtop options, for a fraction of the cost. u tell people "im running a venom kit bitch" and theyll laugh at you after you tell them how much u spent. for around $650 you could get a nice direct port kit and some goodies.

doesn't venom have 2 different systems....one is completely computer controlled and the other is manual. are you sure that $650 was for the computer controlled one. they usually go for $1100.
I never did price any of the fuel presure switches seperate from the systems, I just learned of the Venom kit. Seemed pretty cool cause it came as a kit with the backlit display too, but from what you're saying is isn't that much ala carte. Plus my store is thinking of bringing in Venom's line of nitrous kits so I got to wondering about it.
