Back Bumper coming lose. (not 56k safe)

Hello everyone,

I hope this is the right spot for my problem. The problem I'm having is: my back right side of my bumper keeps coming lose. It's falling off this circle bolt thingy, am thinking the clip on the side of the bumper is broken.

I will post pictures below to show you all what am talking about. Am not much of a car tech, so am describing this the very best that I can. When I drive over very bumpy roads or listen to my system, sometimes it comes lose. I was wondering weather I can add some proxy or some kinda stuff to form a hold for the meantime.

One day when I finally get enough money, am going to get some need bumpers (maybe a kit) and such and have a paint job done. There might even be something I can buy to fix this issue, am totally not sure.

Once it falls off, I can push it back up in the slot it comes out from. So It doesn’t always fall down, but it's just really bothering me. I just don't want it to get so weak around that area till the fact the back bumper starts getting to low or even falling off.

Please forgive the way my car looks, it has been raining allot in my area and I have been able to wash my car lately.

Many thanks for all the help/advice.
