You should just ask around in different shops for quotes. I got quoted $1600 for damages in one shop then $900 for the same thing at another. Best thing is to just shop around and ask to take a look at some of their previous work to see if they are any good.

That's why you look at previous work from that shop and also look at what they are quoting you.

The shop that was going to charge me $1600 was going to replace my entire front bumper when it just needs to be repaired. Bumper itself is $170, so like I said, look at what they are quoting you.

Thats an ok price. I'm sure it could go lower. Find a quality shop that also stands behind they're work and also uses quality paint, that also backs they're work with a warranty. References are also good.

well the place i went to is a really good shop and ive seen their work.. its pretty nice.. the guy seemed confident when i was telling him what needs to be done... the thing is..

i talked to my other fellow racer homie.. and he said 3500 is kinda steep.. he also advised me to just get the body work done seperately with the paint job..

so yea i dunno guys.. what do you think about my situation?

You should ask for a qoute from other body shops too. Compare the prices, quality, and warranty then choose the one that suits you best.

What shop are you having it done at? $3,500 seems pretty reasonable, but as others were saying, you get what you pay for.
