tech wrench EBay OEM Body Parts?!?

So I need to replace the front and rear bumper on my '00 Civic EX, thanks to a couple of drunken driving incidents over the past year and a half. Right now I don't have a license, which is nice in the sense that I'm not paying retarded gas prices and don't have to insure my car or anything. But obviously sucks in that I CAN'T DRIVE!!!

Anyways, I figured I would use this time to fix some of the damage I've managed to do but am trying to figure out the best place to get the parts. I've searched online and found a site called "hondapartsdeals.com" as well as a couple other places on Google that have the parts I need. However, the parts are insanely cheap on EBay. I was wondering if anyone has purchased any OEM parts off EBay and if so, what their experience has been...

I've already taken the bumpers and headlights off, which unfortunately led to my discovery of the extent to the damage that I inflicted on my baby. The front crush bar is all sorts of bent on one side and I had to take off the absorber. I have a feeling I'm going to have to take it to a body shop in order to get that taken care of Ok, now that my mind is beginning to wander I'll stop. But I'd love to hear people's opinion on where to get some quality OEM parts without having to go to the dealership - their prices tend to be crazy inflated!

Ok, that's reassuring at least. I noticed the prices were pretty much unbeatable; I just want to be sure they're going to fit properly and aren't going to be some used junk someone's trying to get rid of. They seem to be on the up and up though. Hopefully, I'll be able to start ordering parts to fix my jacked up exterior with the next paycheck
