how do i get yellow foglights like IS300?

ok...i'm in love with IS300 fog lights. i tried to get close by putting APC icy hot gold bulbs (which are PIAA ion crystal imitations) in my fog light housing, but it still looks really white with just a little yellow tint when you look from the side. so someone told me that Lexus uses a specially coated projector lens to get that deep yellow color, and it is not possible to do it with just a simple bulb replacement. is this true?...is there any way i can get close without having to buy the real thing?

yeah, the is300's fog lights have specially coated lenses that make the output yellow. you can try using the lens spray paint (i don't even know if they sell it in yellow), although i don't recommend it because the bulbs in your fog lights give out a lot of heat.

buy an IS lol or go to a junk yard and find a totaled IS and get the foggees

yeah i too would like those foglights, but i don't think it will look as good without HID's

look on ebay they sell the fog lights there. but i dunno about the hid's in them.
