Lip spoiler on 6th gen Accord

hey guys

i'm pretty new to this suspension thing, so i'd really appreciate if you guys can help me here.

i got a really bad scruff on the bottom of front bumper, and i am planning to get a lip spoiler to cover that.

here's my questions: if i were to lower my car, how low can i go without scruffing my new lip spoiler?

also, how badly does it affect your everyday driving when your car is lowered?
