Need to paint front bumper at a shop, what should I expect?

As you can see the front bumper has some paint damage, as well as the lower lip. I just want to get the front bumper done because it looks like a freakng COW.
I bought this car a few months ago with the paint like this. This is not a big deal to me but since I got a little bit of money left over from the tax refund, I thought I should paint the front bumper. The problem is the car is NOT OEM color. The car is a salvage title and I am guessing the guy before me had the whole car painted. Another problem is the paint job on the whole car is kinda shitty to begin with. Overall the paint is clean, seem like they did not use any clear coat or something, its a "faint" white color. It wasn't a big deal since I got a great deal on the car itself.

I don't know much about a body shop. Never had to "pay" for any of the work that I've done on any of my car before because the insurance took care of it. So what can I expect on doing this?

I am not looking for show quality job. My only concern is for the color and texture to match. When I say texture I mean, I don't want it to be shiny, I want it to look like the paint like the rest of the body.

How much do you think this will cost?
Is this a ONE day job, like can I drop off the car in the morning and drive off at the end of the day when they are done?
Can I expect them to color match even if I don't have the color code and the color is NOT OEM?

I will go to a few body shop around here to see what they can do. I just want to see what everyone's input on this so I know what to ask and expect.
