Rust prevention

Where should I take my car for rust proofing here in Chicago? In Toronto I usually take it to Krown for an oil drip rust prevention. Any recommendations?

por15 is great but only put it on one coat at a time because it is really strong and when it dries it shrinks a little so if you put it on thick its been known to actually crinkle panels.
