window tint

im thinking about tinting my rear windows, where can i get good tint vinyl from? Im planning on doing it myself for the first time, whats should i watch out for.

They sell it at tap plastics but unsure of the quality ... i would try to find a hookup .. it usually doesnt cost much

I agree with having it done by a pro, they can do it in one clean sheet.

But if you want to do it yourself...
Try FolaTec, and use clean filtered water.

Soapy water, theres no such thing as too much. Get a good squege and get every single bubble out, working from the center out.

they have pre-cut tint kits for the sol. They tell you how to install too. a full kit is $59. I just ordered mine and I am waiting for it to come in the mail. but if you take your time you should be able to do it fine. I used the peb boys shit on my old car. and it took me a while but once i got it down it didnt look bad and i never got any bubbles. and i have seen plenty of bubbles on pro jobs. DIY is cheaper so go for it and if it doesnt turn out get a pro to do it.
