I used to have a HPI Nitro RS4,blew the motor and put a O.S.-.15 in it and ran 30% Nitro and dumped about another $300 into it and the fastest I was clocked at was 72mph.Just the basic kit for a RTR Nitro RS4 is around $400 that will get you the basic car and all the controls(servos,reciver,controler...ect) Ready To Run,now that one you saw was a super RS4 which is about $130 more and the motor he has in that beast is about $500 that car all toghether is around $1500,But straight out the box a HPI Nitro RS4 will do 55-60mph stock.

I can't see puttin that much money into an RC car. I think I'll just put my money into my car fund. I'll wait a while before I splurge on one of those little babies.

You can buy a HPI Nitro RS4 complete kit ready to run for under $400.00 and right out the box with proper tunning and 30% Nitromethane gas you can get em up to 60+mph!But like real cars you get bit by the speed bug and before you know it you put a couple hundred into it before you realize it.They are actually really fun..I would spend hours in a parking lot racing mine aginst other people.

ultimatehobbies.com , check out the HPI Nitro RS4 RTR 3 EVO. Its $279 and it pretty fast. 2 Speed which is normally a 60 dollar part you have to buy and install.

This thing is pretty much ready to go. Gas it up and you dont have to even pull start this one , it has roto-start system....

I might sell a couple of parts of mine and buy one of these. Mine totalled up to around $1000 dollars and around $500 for my buggy electric (which isnt even assembled) , plus another $500 for odds and ends race parts. I can basically race pro If I wanted to in my area....but free R/C cars really isnt worth it to me to waste a whole weekend and possibly not win, while damaging my ride...but who knows.

I also just found another track in my area, thats permanent and meant for Buggies and shit....ought to be cool. Ill take my camera to it soon...

You know whats bad ass? those 1/4 and 1/5 scale RC cars that have like 2-3 Hp motors..haha wish someone had a video of one of those. This guy that works at a hobbie shop by my house has one and clocked it at 98MPH and still had more throttle but was running out of room.
