The one in the video is a 1/18th scale hpi micro , dont know how else to explain it to you.

Those HPI Micro RS4s are some funny ass cars I use my rx7 to drift like those 2 Truenos were not as good but close goto hpiracing.com to get more info on the they only cost around $100 really cheap.

Yeah its best to set a budget and build a car from scratch. If it has the avialable aftermarket parts....because you end up swapping a lot of them out if you get really serious. Which most do....
An RTR micro is around 200. Thats everything , it wont really be as fast or handle as well until you upgrade it and you will....
So its best to not go with RTR's either. Once you have a nice transmitter though you can buy new r/c's and it doesnt cost must to get into it...just another reciever/crystal....motor. Thats about it. If you have lots of batteries , no biggie. If not then youll be spending a few...
