Thats not an escudo by any means.
The driver in that video is Ari Vatanen.
Peugeot 205 Turbo 16
Engine: mid layout, 450 hp
Drivetrain: 4X4 AWD
The 205 T16 came on the World Rally scene in 1984 at the Tour de Corse rally where it lead the first two days until Ari Vatanen crashed on the third day. The Peugeot would later go on to win the 1000 Lakes Rally in its third race.
In 1985 the 205 showed its dominance behind drivesr Ari Vatanen and Timo Salonen. Vatanen would roll his Peugeot in the Argentine rally after losing control in a washout where his seat mounting broke causing him to be out of racing for one year. Teammate Salonen would go on to win the World Championship while the two would combine for the maufacture crown.
1986 would see the great Finnish driver Juha Kankkunen win his first World Championship behind the wheel of the 205 Evolution 2 beating the Audi Quattro S1, Lancia S4, RS 200, and the MG Metro 6R4. Pegueot would also go on to win the manufacture championship for the second straight year.

Actually, I think I may still be off by a little, I know I have the driver right and I know its a peugeot, I think it may be a 405 or somthing like that.

those hillclimb cars are so insane. notice how the guy turns and the car doesn't react for like a whole second!!! i'd be so scared to drive one of those on that course. on a huge open dirt road, id be in heaven.
