i saw the ads for this kind of conversion in japanese car magazine, i asked couple bodyshop guys saying that is not a good idea, they consider it is unsafe when car doing hard cornering. Only person saying it is safe is the guy who try to sell me the conversion plates.

Why are you overcomplicating this?
All you have to do...is replace the hubs on your car...with hubs from a V6...or, any 5 lug Honda/Acura.
It's a simple bolt on. You can find your parts in a junkyard..and save.....
If you are trying to get the V6 or the CL Type S wheels...it sounds like you are looking to save money..yet upgrade your wheels...and the "upgrade conversion kit" plan...is gonna cost you probably 4-5 times as much.
