thanks man i appreciate it. her grandma is seriously like one of the best people in the world. she almost disowned my wife, but luckily wife's mom and gma got to talk to her and get her to understand that if she fought me she'd lose everything due to her recent actions, and gma would stand by me in court. so thank god we came to an agreement on everything finally, it will get signed tomorrow and i'll just be waiting for judge's signature

i'm still waitin on the wiring to be completed, these guys are supposed to be good. the shop is owned by Chuck Seitsinger. they seemed really nice and knowledge and said my car would be started first thing last thursday morning.
well, here we are middle of the following week and still not done. he said it's a $75/hr job at around 4 hours given the car doesn't need anything spectacular. i called them yesterday morning and asked if everything is going alright. and i told them when you tell someone you're starting a 4 hour job on thursday morning and i haven't heard anything through friday or monday you make that person start to worry that something is not right with the motor. i was told they were looking over the schematics at that very moment 930 am and that i'd get a phone call after lunch letting me know how it was going and if there were any problems encountered that needed fixing. i was like cool, but i got busy yesterday with baseball with my son (which cranked one over the fence, nice) and forget they were supposed to call until they actually called me at like 615 last night asking me which harness was on the car and which one was in the backseat i told dude and he even wrote it down on my sheet saying the f20b harness is in the backseat if you need any connectors or blueprint of the layout, it's right there. so today i'm gonna have to call em because i've been way more than patient, i originally thought the car would be in wed and out late thurs or early fri and now i'm getting the feeling that it won't be today either.
if you count the days it took us to have the old motor out and new one in and ready(we didn't work on it but one day every weekend sometimes both days on the weekend), they're fixing to catch up with us. i'm an impatient dude especially when it comes to something when it's a situation of either work or not work and pay more money to get her to work. i've seriously have had the shits since friday worried about this fucking car running right or not. it's fucking ridiculous.
I feel you on that one. That's why I tackle the H22 swap myself. I made sure I have my wiring info straight before I do it. Simple as hell but I understand that some people aren't comfortable with their own wiring situation. Yeah, Time is Money for real. Hope we get some good news.
Oh yeah, did you do the H23 manual tensioner conv.?? I don't know if the F20B has the same setup as an H23A but IMO I think its the same as the H22.

no, i didn't do anything like that. honestly, i'm not sure what you're talking about.
if you're talking about the belts, it's identical to the f23a1, but the f23's crank pulley is set up for powersteering, which i bought the bracket from cbags and was able to hook up powersteering by switching out the crank pulley from the f23a1 over to the f20b.
good feeling seeing your kid crank one out isnt it....my best friends brother had baseball scholarships to texas, clemson, wvu, and cal state fullerton until he got in a car accident. i probably wouldnt have ever met him or my best friend if he hadnt gotten in that accident

No, I'm talking about the Timing Belt. H22s are equipped with the Auto Tensioner that everybody says its known to fail over time and causes engine failure and I'm sure you're aware of this situation. To over come this, I converted mine over to the H23 manual tensioner instead of using the H22 Auto Tensioner. I was just wondering if you checked on that when you had the motor out.

damn, yeah now i know what you're talking about. i need lamens terms...lol. i forgot to look at that other than to make sure the timing belt looked good. i've read alot about that tensioner too. i'll check into it and make sure which on is on this car. it's such a cross between an accord and prelude it's not even funny
