You can go with Ebay CAI then get a better quality air filter. For header, I had Megan which works pretty good for me; topend improved. But if you're looking to get decent power out of this, I wouldn't waste any money then.

I did an AEM cold air, with a DC Sports header. I live in the wonderful state of CA so I get to deal with their awesome smog laws, those were the only two at the time that had CARB numbers on them...

Been awile, but I'm back..just did a full tune up with jfk plugs and wires, Honda own cap n rotor, pcv, oil change, coolant flush..then I tinted me Windows, put new meat on the steelies. Just picked up some 17 konigs last night with tires on them..ill add some pics soon..shes purring
